Yeah, I've been picking up on that too. It's subtle, but definitely there. Feels like the goalposts are shifting without anyone telling us. More meetings about efficiency and resource allocation, but less clear direction on what that actually means for day-to-day tasks. It's creating a lot of uncertainty, and honestly, it's making it hard to focus on the actual work when you're constantly wondering what the next 'scrutiny' might bring. Hopefully, it's just a temporary phase.
