Anyone else on edge about Q4/Q1?

With the way oil prices have been fluctuating and the general economic uncertainty, I'm really starting to worry about what the next couple of quarters will bring for Halliburton. I haven't seen any official announcements about layoffs, but the atmosphere feels... tense. People are quieter in meetings, and there's a general sense of people watching their backs. I know the industry is cyclical, but it feels different this time. Anyone else feeling this unease? Trying to figure out if it's just me or if the general mood reflects something concrete happening behind the scenes. Would be good to hear from others.

I hear you on the unease. It definitely feels like there's a current of anxiety running through the company right now, and it's not just the usual end-of-year jitters. The volatility in oil prices certainly doesn't help, and that ripple effect is palpable in day-to-day operations. It's tough to shake the feeling that things might get tighter before they get better. Hoping for some clarity and stability soon, but for now, it's understandable to be on edge.
