Hey all, been with Halliburton for a few years now, and things feel... different. Not seeing any official announcements or mass exits, but the vibe around the office and in the field has shifted. My team's been stretched thin, and we're constantly juggling projects that used to have more hands. Feels like headcount isn't being replaced when people leave or move on. Heard some whispers about budget reviews and 'optimization' but nothing concrete. Anyone else picking up on this? Is it just my division, or is this a wider thing across the company?
