Recruiting seems slow for Hali roles. Anyone seeing this?

Been monitoring openings for Halliburton across a few different engineering disciplines for the last couple of months, and it feels like the pace has really slowed down. Usually, there's a steady stream of new positions posted, but lately, it's been pretty sparse. Even for roles that seem like they should be in demand. Wondering if this is indicative of hiring freezes or a general slowdown in the energy sector that's affecting Hali specifically. Have any of you applied recently or heard from recruiters? Curious if the job board activity reflects a broader company strategy or if it's just a temporary lull. It's making me a bit hesitant about my career trajectory there if hiring is drying up.
