Anyone else feeling the squeeze at The Hartford lately?

Just checking in to see if anyone else at The Hartford is noticing a real uptick in pressure lately? Feels like projects are getting bigger, deadlines tighter, and the overall workload is just... more. I've seen a few people move around internally, and a couple of key positions seem to be vacant longer than usual. Makes you wonder if this is just a "performance improvement drive" or if something else is brewing. Management keeps talking about "efficiency" and "streamlining" but it feels like it's just translating to more work for fewer people. Anyone else in a similar boat? Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or just my department. It's starting to get a bit stressful, not gonna lie.

Yeah, I've definitely felt that. The 'efficiency' talk is constant, but it translates to more on our plates with fewer resources. It's a balancing act, for sure, and some days it feels like we're losing the edge. Hoping it's just a phase and not a permanent shift in how things operate here.
