Performance Reviews & Future at The Hartford - Thoughts?

So, performance reviews just wrapped up here at THG. Mine was... okay. Not stellar, but not bad. However, the feedback felt a bit more generic than usual, and there was a lot of emphasis on 'efficiency' and 'streamlining'. It made me wonder if this is setting the stage for something down the line. I'm in a role that feels essential, but I'm also aware that in the insurance world, headcount can be a real lever. Has anyone else felt like the performance review process or the messaging around it has changed? Is it just the standard annual cycle, or does anyone think this is indicative of potential restructuring or even layoffs in the coming months? Trying to get a pulse on the company culture and where things might be headed. Any insights from folks in different areas would be helpful. Just want to be prepared, whatever comes.
