The Hartford - Anyone else feeling the 'quiet quitting' vibe?

Lately, I've been sensing a definite shift in energy at TH. It's not overt, no big announcements or anything, but there's this underlying feeling of 'just enough' from a lot of people. Work's getting done, sure, but the hustle and the extra mile seem to be fading. Is this just me projecting, or has anyone else noticed a dip in engagement? Maybe it's the general economic climate, or perhaps internal factors are at play. Been here a few years and the atmosphere feels... different. Less proactive, more reactive. I'm not complaining, per se, but it makes you wonder what's driving it. Are people burnt out, or is there a lack of perceived opportunity?
