Anyone else at Hilton feeling stretched thin? More work, fewer resources?

Hey everyone, Been with Hilton for a few years now and lately it feels like the pressure is constantly on. My team is doing more with less, and it seems like every project just gets bigger and more complex, but the headcount isn't really growing to match. I'm seeing people burning out and taking on responsibilities that aren't technically theirs just to keep things afloat. It's not just me, right? Are others in different departments or brands feeling this crunch? There's no official word of anything, which makes it even stranger. It feels like we're being asked to do the work of two people sometimes. Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide trend or if I'm in a particularly rough spot. Anyone have any insights or similar experiences? Trying to figure out if this is sustainable long-term.

I feel this 100%. It seems like a company-wide issue. We're constantly being asked to innovate and deliver more, but the support structure isn't keeping pace. It's definitely leading to a lot of stress and frustration. Hopefully, management notices the strain before it causes a mass exodus. Keep pushing, but remember to take care of yourselves too.
