Has anyone heard details on the headcount reduction that popped up on the NY WARN notices on the 26th? It seems like corporate is keeping things very quiet, as usual. My team is completely in the dark, and leadership isn't saying a word during our weekly syncs. Are these just isolated cuts to specific property operations or is this part of a wider restructuring in the regional offices? I’ve been hearing rumors about efficiency goals for Q4, but it’s frustrating not knowing if we should be bracing for more. The silence from corporate is honestly the most stressful part of this whole situation. I checked the WARN filings myself and it’s definitely concerning that they haven't addressed it in the regional calls yet. If you’re in an operational role, usually these things are site-specific, but the scale of the rumors suggests something bigger might be shifting behind the scenes.
