Hilton: Anyone else notice a weird vibe lately?

Hey everyone, Been with Hilton for a few years now and things just feel…off. It's not just me, right? I've been hearing whispers and seeing subtle changes that make me a bit uneasy. Like, some departments seem to be juggling way more projects than they used to, but without any new hires or even temp staff. It's like they expect us to just magically do more with less. Has anyone else experienced this? Also, a few open positions that were posted a while back just seem to have vanished from the internal careers page. No updates, no re-posting. It's making me wonder if they're quietly putting a hold on backfilling roles or even actively looking to reduce headcount down the line. Trying not to panic, but the lack of transparency is a bit concerning. Curious to hear if anyone else has similar observations or insights.

I've definitely felt that too. It seems like there's a constant push to do more with less, and the workload has been creeping up for a while now. It makes you wonder if they're planning something or just stretching resources thin. The disappearing job postings are also a bit concerning – makes it hard to track opportunities or understand where things are headed.

Interesting you bring this up. I've noticed the same thing. There's a definite strain on some teams, and it's making things tough. The lack of clear communication about it all just adds to the unease. It feels like a lot of unspoken pressure to keep up, and frankly, it's becoming unsustainable for some.
