Hilton: Anyone else seeing hiring freezes/slowdowns despite no official word?

Hey everyone, been working at Hilton for a few years now and have noticed a significant slowdown in the hiring process lately. Open roles that used to take a few weeks to fill are now sitting open for months, and some teams I know are being told there's a 'pause' on new hires, even for critical positions. No official layoff announcements, but this feels like a pre-cursor or at least a serious belt-tightening. Anyone else in different departments or regions experiencing this? Trying to get a pulse on the broader situation and if this is a company-wide thing or isolated to certain divisions. My manager is pretty tight-lipped, just says 'budget considerations.'
