Hilton: Anyone else's team feel... leaner?

Been with Hilton for a few years now and usually there's a pretty clear understanding of team sizes and roles. Lately, though, it feels like my team, and a couple of others I interact with, have gotten noticeably smaller without any formal 'you've been replaced' announcements. People are just... gone. Or their responsibilities have been absorbed by others, leading to people being spread incredibly thin. It's starting to impact morale and productivity. Is this a widespread trend across Hilton, or am I just in a particularly tight spot? Looking for some honest insights from fellow employees. Trying to figure out if this is just a rough patch or something more systemic.
