Hey everyone, been seeing a lot of chatter across different hospitality forums and wanted to see if anyone at Hilton specifically is feeling a similar unease. No official announcements or anything concrete, but there's this general 'vibe' that things are... shifting. My department has been unusually quiet lately, and some projects that seemed like sure things have just sort of evaporated. Has anyone else noticed changes in workload, project pipeline, or even just management's general demeanor? Trying to get a sense of whether this is a company-wide thing or just my corner of the kingdom. Curious to hear what others are hearing or experiencing.

Yeah, I've definitely felt a shift in recent months. It's hard to pinpoint exactly, but the usual buzz just isn't there. Things feel a bit more tight-lipped, and any strategic discussions seem to be happening behind closed doors. My team's workload has become more unpredictable too, with some weeks feeling overloaded and others strangely sparse. It's certainly a different atmosphere than it was even a year ago, and I'm curious to see what, if anything, comes of it. Just trying to stay focused on my own responsibilities amidst the uncertainty.
