Hilton: What's the vibe on team sizes lately?

Hey everyone, long-time lurker here. Been with Hilton for a few years now, and lately, it feels like the pressure is mounting. My team is doing the work of what felt like two teams a year or two ago. Projects keep coming, but headcount doesn't seem to be following. Has anyone else noticed this trend? Are teams getting leaner across the board, or is it just my department feeling the squeeze? Curious to hear if others are feeling stretched thin or if it's just my perception. Trying to figure out if this is a company-wide thing or if I should be looking internally for solutions. I've definitely seen something similar across a few departments. It feels like there's a constant push for efficiency, which is great in theory, but when headcount doesn't keep pace, it puts a lot of strain on the existing teams. The workload just keeps growing, and it's hard not to feel spread thin when you're constantly juggling more with fewer resources. Hopefully, it's something that gets addressed soon.
