Has anyone at Hologic received any official or unofficial communication regarding potential hiring freezes or even larger workforce reductions (RIFs)? I'm in the commercial side, and we've seen a definite slowdown in new reqs being posted, and some teams are consolidating responsibilities. It's making people nervous, especially with the current economic climate. Just trying to get a sense of the internal sentiment and if there's any more transparency than what's publicly available. Been hearing whispers too, especially on the commercial side. It's definitely concerning seeing fewer open roles and teams feeling the pinch. The economic outlook isn't helping nerves, that's for sure. Any official word from leadership would be a huge relief, but transparency seems to be in short supply right now. My team hasn't gotten any official announcements, but the vibe is definitely cautious. We've noticed a definite shift in hiring pace and some internal restructuring. It's understandable why people are anxious given the broader economic situation. Would be good to have more open communication from management about the company's direction.
