Hologic - Anyone else seeing hiring freezes?

Just saw a few reqs I was tracking at Hologic get pulled. It's not a huge number, but it's definitely a pattern I've noticed over the past month. My team's been told to "prioritize essential roles" which sounds like a soft freeze to me. Anyone else in different departments hearing similar things? Or maybe seeing new roles posted that seem to indicate growth in certain areas, which would be interesting given the other signals. Curious to hear what others are experiencing on the ground.
