Hologic - Anyone hear anything about Q4 targets/bonuses?

So, the end of the year is right around the corner and I haven't heard a peep about Q4 performance targets or any potential bonus payouts at Hologic. Usually, by now, there's at least some communication, even if it's just a high-level update. The silence is a bit concerning, especially given the general economic climate. My manager has been pretty cagey when I've tried to ask about it directly, just giving vague answers about 'company performance' and 'waiting for official word'. Is anyone else in a different department getting any more info? Or is everyone just as much in the dark as I am? Trying to figure out if this is standard for Hologic this time of year, or if it's a sign that things might not be as great as we'd hope financially. Wouldn't be surprised if we see some belt-tightening reflected in the compensation side of things if the numbers aren't hitting.
