Hey all, been with Hologic for a few years now in [Department/Role]. Lately, there's been a really weird vibe in the air. Budgets feel tighter than usual, some projects are getting quietly shelved, and there's a lot of hushed talk. Management is being pretty tight-lipped about the future, which is making everyone nervous. Has anyone else noticed anything similar? I'm trying to gauge if this is just a general market slowdown affecting everyone, or if something specific is brewing at Hologic. My team lead is acting cagey, and the usual transparency seems to have evaporated. Just wondering if I should start polishing up the resume or if this is just noise.
