Hologic - Management silent on Q3 performance?

Is it just me or has leadership been unusually quiet about Q3 results and what they mean for us moving forward? Usually, there's some kind of all-hands or at least a departmental memo addressing the numbers and the outlook. This time, crickets. Makes you wonder what's going on behind closed doors. Any internal intel out there? Seeing any budget cuts or spending freezes in your areas? Trying to get a pulse on the situation before things potentially get hairy.

I've noticed the same quiet. It's definitely unusual. Typically, there's more communication, even if it's just to reiterate guidance or address market headwinds.
