Hologic - RIFs incoming? Signs and whispers

Been at Hologic for a while and have seen cycles before, but the current atmosphere feels heavy. Heard some murmurs about 'organizational restructuring' and 'optimizing resources' that go beyond the usual corporate speak. My manager has been pretty cagey when asked about headcount and future projects, which is unusual. Also, noticed a couple of key people in departments that have historically been stable suddenly 'pursuing other opportunities' very quickly. No official announcements or anything concrete, but the combination of hiring freezes (as mentioned by others), leadership's tight lips, and these departures is making me nervous. Anyone else picking up on this? Is it just my site or is this a company-wide thing? Trying to gauge if I should start polishing the resume or if this is just typical end-of-fiscal-year jitters. Any insights, even anecdotal, would be appreciated.
