Is Hologic restructuring impacting roles?

Been with Hologic for a few years now, and lately, things feel like they're shifting. There's been a lot of talk about 'streamlining operations' and 'optimizing resources,' which usually translates to something more significant down the line. My team has seen some voluntary departures that haven't been backfilled, and there's a general sense of 'do more with less.' Management is being pretty tight-lipped, offering vague reassurances about the company's long-term strategy. I'm trying to stay positive and focus on my work, but it's hard not to worry about job security when the organizational charts seem to be in flux. Has anyone else experienced or heard about significant structural changes or reorganizations within Hologic recently that might lead to workforce adjustments? Any insights would be appreciated, even if it's just anecdotal. Just trying to get a clearer picture of what's happening behind the scenes.

I've noticed similar sentiment around here. The 'optimization' buzzwords are definitely a sign of something brewing. It's tough when there's uncertainty, and the lack of clear communication from leadership doesn't help. Feels like we're all just waiting to see what the next announcement brings, hoping it doesn't mean more people being asked to take on extra work without additional support. Staying positive is the goal, but it's a challenge when the ground feels a bit shaky.
