Honeywell - Any recent internal reshifts or restructuring?

I'm not sure if it's just my team or a broader thing, but there's been a fair amount of shuffling in leadership roles and some re-orgs happening across a few business units lately. It's happening quietly, not like a big announcement, but people are moving around, teams are being absorbed or split. This usually makes me think about what comes next, and historically, that's sometimes meant headcount reductions down the line. No official word on layoffs, and my direct manager is giving the usual 'business as usual' response, but the undercurrent of change is hard to ignore. Has anyone heard anything more specific about these internal moves or what the long-term plan might be? Trying to make sense of it all.

I've definitely noticed some churn in my area too. It's less about big pronouncements and more about subtle shifts – project leads changing, certain initiatives being deprioritized while others get more focus. It feels like they're trying to optimize something, but the exact strategy isn't clear to everyone. Keeps things interesting, I suppose, but also a little unsettling when you're not sure where your role fits in the grand scheme.

Yeah, there's been some buzz about changes. I heard whispers about a few departments consolidating resources. It's hard to get a definitive picture when it's not widely communicated, but the sense is that they're trying to streamline operations. Hopefully, it leads to greater efficiency and not just more work for fewer people. Time will tell, I guess.
