Honeywell - Anyone else feel like communication has been a bit... sparse?

Just me, or has leadership communication been pretty minimal lately regarding the company's direction? We've had the usual town halls, but they feel more like scripted updates than actual engagement. I keep checking online for any whispers or rumors, but nothing concrete. It makes it tough to plan or even feel secure in your role when there's so much uncertainty floating around. Management on my team is tight-lipped too, just saying 'stay focused on your work.' I get that, but a little transparency wouldn't hurt, right? Especially if there's nothing to worry about, why the radio silence? Starting to feel a bit like we're in the dark, and that's never a good feeling.
