Honeywell - Anyone else notice hiring freezes in certain areas?

Been keeping an eye on job postings and some teams I know of seem to have had their open roles quietly put on hold. Not seeing any official announcements or anything, but the recruitment pages for certain functions have been static for weeks, and some roles that were active are now gone. It's making me a little uneasy, especially since we haven't heard anything concrete about layoffs or restructuring. Is anyone in HR or a hiring manager seeing this internally? Just trying to gauge the temperature. Feels like a potential precursor to something, or maybe just standard end-of-year budget tightening? Trying not to jump to conclusions, but the silence is deafening.

Yeah, I've noticed something similar. Was expecting a few roles in my department to open up soon, but they seem to have vanished from the internal portal. No communication either, which is the weirdest part. It definitely creates a bit of uncertainty when things go quiet like this without explanation. Makes you wonder what's really going on behind the scenes.

Interesting to see this thread. I'm in a different division, but the same thing is happening here. A few positions that were actively being interviewed for just stopped dead in their tracks a month or so ago. No feedback, no updates, just silence. It's not exactly confidence-inspiring, especially when budgets are always a hot topic.
