Honeywell - Seems like things are slowing down?

Been with Honeywell for a few years now, and lately it just feels like things are… sputtering? New projects seem to be getting pushed back, budgets are tighter than usual, and there's a lot of 'optimizing' talk going around. Honestly, it's starting to make me a bit nervous. I haven't heard any concrete layoff rumors, but the general atmosphere feels like we're bracing for something. Anyone else in other divisions picking up on this? Is it just my department, or is this a company-wide vibe? Just trying to gauge if I should start updating the resume or if this is just a normal cycle I'm overthinking.
