Hormel Foods - Any department-specific shifts or reorgs?

Hi all, throwing this out there to the Hormel folks. I'm not seeing any major layoff headlines, which is always a relief. However, I've been hearing whispers (and take these with a grain of salt, as always) about some internal shifts happening in certain divisions. Specifically, I'm wondering if anyone in R&D, marketing, or even supply chain has noticed any significant re-organizations or personnel changes that might not be company-wide announcements. Sometimes these things trickle down or are handled at a departmental level without making big waves. I'm not trying to stir up panic or anything, just genuinely curious if there are any strategic adjustments being made that could impact roles or team structures.
