Hey everyone, been with Hormel for a few years now and things have felt a bit... uncertain lately. Haven't seen any official layoff announcements, but there's been a lot of talk in the break rooms and on Teams about potential restructuring. Some teams seem to be getting expanded roles while others are tight-lipped. Just wondering if anyone else is picking up on similar vibes? Any whispers about specific divisions or departments that might be more impacted than others? Trying to get a sense of the overall climate.
