Hormel's strategic shifts - what's the real impact?

Been with Hormel for a few years now, and honestly, the recent 'strategic realignments' and 'portfolio optimizations' are starting to feel a bit... nebulous. They keep talking about focusing on core brands and innovation, which sounds good on paper, but the execution feels a little shaky. We've seen some shifts in leadership and some teams seem to be constantly restructuring. It's hard not to get a little antsy when there's this much churn, even if nothing concrete has been announced. Anyone else in Operations or R&D feeling the pressure or seeing the ripple effects of these moves? Just trying to get a sense if this is a company-wide vibe or if I'm just overthinking it. Feels like we're in a holding pattern, waiting for the other shoe to drop, you know?

I feel you on the 'nebulous' feeling. It's tough to stay motivated when the corporate messaging feels disconnected from the day-to-day reality. The constant restructuring is definitely unsettling, and it's hard to build momentum when projects are frequently reshuffled. Hopefully, the focus on core brands will bring some stability soon, but right now, it's a bit of a whirlwind.
