Okay, so I haven't seen anything concrete, no official announcements or anything, but the whispers around the office are getting louder. It feels like there's a lot of internal shuffling happening, especially in some of the legacy divisions. Heard some chatter about a potential 'strategic realignment' which, let's be honest, is corporate speak for something significant. A few people I know in less 'growth-oriented' areas are starting to look a bit nervous. Is anyone else hearing similar things? Yeah, I've been hearing some of the same murmurs. It's tough to know what's just noise and what's actually brewing, but the general feeling is definitely one of uncertainty. 'Strategic realignment' is such a vague term, and it's understandable why people in certain departments would be concerned about their roles. Hopefully, if something is happening, they'll be transparent about it soon. It's always a stressful time when there's this much speculation flying around.

Interesting that you're hearing similar things. I haven't picked up on much myself, but I'm not in a department that would likely be affected by legacy division changes. Still, you never know how these things ripple through the entire organization. Best to stay informed and perhaps update that resume, just in case. Corporate speak can be a bit of a red flag for sure.
