Been seeing a lot of chatter online and hearing murmurs around the office about potential changes at Howmet. Nothing concrete, no official announcements or anything, but the general feeling is that something might be brewing. Some teams are apparently being asked to take on more work with fewer resources, and there's been a freeze on some non-essential hiring.
