Howmet hiring freeze or slowdown?

Hey folks, been keeping an eye on open positions at Howmet and it feels like things have really slowed down over the past few months. Used to see a steady stream of new roles, especially in engineering and manufacturing, but now it feels pretty stagnant. Is anyone else seeing this? Are they quietly implementing a hiring freeze, or is it just a general market slowdown affecting us too? Getting a bit nervous about job security if the pipelines are drying up. Any insights from within the company, or from people actively interviewing, would be appreciated.

I've noticed a similar trend myself. The pace of new openings definitely seems to have shifted. It's hard to say if it's a formal freeze or just a natural ebb and flow, but the lack of new engineering roles is a bit concerning. I've been checking multiple platforms, and the available positions aren't what they were even six months ago. Hopefully, it's a temporary adjustment rather than a sign of deeper issues.
