Hubbell - Anyone else feeling the pressure?

Hey everyone, long-time lurker here. I've been with Hubbell for a few years now and lately, things feel... off. There haven't been any official announcements or anything concrete, but there's a definite buzz in the air. Budgets seem tighter, travel is being scrutinized heavily, and some projects that seemed like sure things are being put on indefinite hold. I've seen a few higher-ups have been shuffling around recently too, which usually isn't a huge deal, but combined with the other subtle signs, it's making me nervous. Just wondering if anyone else in the company is picking up on similar vibes or if I'm just overthinking it. Trying to stay positive, but it's hard not to worry a bit, especially with the current economic climate. Anyone have any insights or thoughts on what might be going on behind the scenes? Just looking to gauge the general sentiment.

I've noticed some of the same things. The atmosphere feels more tense than usual, and it's definitely impacting morale. It's hard to plan or feel secure when things seem so uncertain. Hopefully, management will offer some clarity soon, because the speculation isn't helping anyone. I'm trying to stay focused on my work, but it's a challenge with all the whispers and the general sense of unease. Curious to hear if others are experiencing similar shifts.

Yeah, the budget crunch and travel restrictions are definitely noticeable. It feels like we're being asked to do more with less, which is always a tough pill to swallow. The executive reshuffling adds another layer of uncertainty, for sure. I'm hoping it's just a temporary adjustment period and not indicative of larger issues. Just trying to keep my head down and do my best work in the meantime, but it's hard not to worry about what it all means for the future.
