Hubbell - Anyone else feeling the pressure?

Hey all, been at Hubbell for a few years now, and lately things have felt...different. Not hearing any official layoff news, and my immediate team hasn't seen any changes, but there's this general undercurrent of uncertainty. Projects seem to be getting scrutinized more, and there's a bit of a freeze on some new initiatives. Anyone else picking up on this? Trying to gauge if it's just my department or a broader company trend. Wondering if it's a sign of bigger things to come or just a normal business cycle. Curious to hear what others are seeing across different divisions.

I'm with you on this. It's hard to pinpoint exactly, but there's definitely a shift in the air. We've had a couple of internal restructuring discussions lately, and while nothing concrete has been announced, the whispers are there. It's making people a bit anxious, especially those who've been here for a while and seen cycles like this before. Trying to stay focused on my work, but it's tough when you feel that uncertainty creeping in. Just hoping for clarity soon.
