Hubbell - Anyone else feeling the pressure?

Hey all, been working at Hubbell for a few years now, and things have felt... off lately. Been hearing whispers about restructuring, and the general mood in my department feels a bit tense. Project timelines are getting tighter, and there's a general sense of 'do more with less'. Not seeing any official announcements or anything concrete, but the vibe is definitely there. Anyone else in other divisions picking up on similar signals? Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or if I'm just in a particularly stressed department. Curious if anyone has heard anything more specific, even rumors. Trying to stay positive but also want to be prepared if things do shift.

Yeah, I've been feeling it too, though maybe not in the exact same way. Things are definitely busy, and the pressure to perform is high. We haven't heard any direct talk of restructuring in my area, but the increased workload and tighter deadlines definitely create a similar feeling of unease. It's hard to shake the sense that things are shifting, even if it's just a heightened pace. Just trying to stay focused and deliver, but the underlying tension is noticeable.
