Hubbell - Hiring freeze rumors going around?

Hey folks, has anyone else heard whispers about a potential hiring freeze at Hubbell? I'm in engineering and we've been told some critical roles aren't being backfilled, and new positions seem to be on hold indefinitely. It's making things pretty tense, especially with the current economic climate. Management is being really tight-lipped, which isn't helping matters. Just trying to gauge if this is a widespread thing or if it's isolated to my division. Anyone in other departments seeing similar patterns? Trying to stay optimistic but it's hard when you see the writing on the wall. Are budgets being squeezed harder than usual? Curious to hear what others are experiencing or hearing through the grapevine.
