Hubbell - Project pipelines looking thinner?

Long-time lurker, first-time poster here. Been in sales for Hubbell for a while, and the last couple of quarters have been a bit of a grind. Bookings are down, and the project pipeline feels significantly less robust than it did even six months ago. We're seeing more 'paused' or 're-evaluated' projects than usual. It's not just one sector either, it seems fairly broad across the industrial space we cover. I'm wondering if this is just a cyclical industry dip or something more specific to Hubbell's market position or strategy. Has anyone else in customer-facing roles noticed this trend? Trying to understand the broader picture beyond my immediate territory. Any insights would be appreciated.

I've been watching Hubbell closely as well, and my observations align with what you're describing. The slowdown isn't just in your sector; we're seeing similar trends in related electrical equipment and infrastructure markets. It's concerning, especially given the usual stability of the industrial space. I'm trying to get a clearer picture of whether this is a broad economic tightening affecting capital expenditures across the board, or if there are specific operational or strategic headwinds at Hubbell that are exacerbating the situation. Hopefully, it's more of a temporary correction than a fundamental shift.
