Anyone else feeling the squeeze at Humana lately?

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if anyone else at Humana is feeling a bit... uneasy? There haven't been any official announcements, and the whispers aren't loud enough to be confirmed, but there's definitely a change in the air. Projects seem to be getting scaled back, some initiatives are being put on hold, and there's a general sense of 'wait and see' among my team. It's hard to shake the feeling that something might be brewing, even without concrete news. Has anyone heard anything concrete, or am I just overthinking the general economic climate affecting healthcare? Curious to hear what others are experiencing, especially in different departments. Trying to stay positive but it's tough when the background hum is a bit concerning.

I've definitely noticed a shift too. It's that subtle feeling, you know? Like things are just a little tighter, and the usual energy isn't quite there. Yeah, the vibe has been off for a while now. Seems like fewer resources are available, and there's a lot more scrutiny on every decision.
