Humana - Anyone else feel the pressure is on?

Hey everyone, Been with Humana for a few years now, and lately, the workload feels like it's been steadily climbing. We're seeing more projects, more demands, and frankly, it feels like we're being asked to do more with less, or at least the same amount of people. Just wondering if this is a company-wide thing or if it's specific to my department. Are others seeing this too? Is it just the general economic climate making everyone tighten up, or is there something else going on behind the scenes? I haven't heard any official word on layoffs, but the increased workload coupled with a seemingly static headcount is making me a bit antsy. Curious to hear if anyone else is feeling this pinch and what your thoughts are. Is this the new normal at Humana, or are we expecting some adjustments soon? Any insights would be appreciated.

I'm definitely feeling it too. The pace has picked up significantly over the last year, and it feels like the expectations keep rising even though resources haven't really followed suit. It's making it tough to maintain work-life balance, and I'm concerned about burnout if things don't level out soon. Curious to hear if management has any plans to address this.

Yeah, it's not just you. My team has been swamped with new initiatives, and it feels like we're constantly playing catch-up. There's a real sense of pressure to deliver, and it seems like the company is pushing for more output across the board. I'm hoping this is a temporary surge and not the new normal.
