Humana - Anyone else feeling the 'reorg' whispers?

Lately, there's been a lot of chatter, quiet conversations in the breakroom, and coded language in some all-hands meetings about 'streamlining' and 'optimizing'. It's starting to feel like a precursor to something bigger. My team hasn't had any direct news, but the general atmosphere feels uncertain. Managers seem a bit more tight-lipped than usual, and there's a general sense of waiting for the other shoe to drop. Just wondering if anyone else is picking up on these same vibes or if there's any actual concrete information out there that I'm missing. Trying to stay ahead of the curve if possible.

Definitely feeling the same unease. The buzzwords like 'synergy' and 'efficiency' are being thrown around a lot more, and it's hard not to read between the lines. My department has started consolidating some project management roles, which definitely adds to the speculation. It's the uncertainty that's the hardest part – not knowing what changes are coming or how they'll impact our day-to-day work. Keeping an ear to the ground and hoping for some clarity soon.

Yeah, the whispers are loud here too. It feels like management is doing a slow burn on the news, letting the anticipation build. Saw some job postings internally that seem a bit... different than what we usually have. Plus, the usual open-door policy with leadership feels a little more closed lately. It’s making people anxious, for sure. Wondering if they'll just drop it all at once or slowly roll out changes. Anyone heard anything more concrete?
