Humana - Anyone else seeing a shift in workload lately?

Hey everyone, been with Humana for a few years now and lately things have felt... different. Noticing a lot more tasks falling on fewer people, and some projects that were supposed to be team-based are now feeling more individual. It's getting harder to keep up, and I'm wondering if this is a wider trend across the company or just my department. Has anyone else experienced a similar increase in their personal workload or seen projects getting consolidated? Trying to get a sense of the vibe out there before things potentially get worse. Any insights would be appreciated.

Yeah, I'm seeing something similar. It feels like we're being asked to do more with less, and the urgency on tasks has definitely ramped up. Projects that used to have multiple people assigned now often have just one or two, which naturally stretches everyone thinner. It's a bit concerning, to be honest, and I'm curious if this is a strategic shift or just a temporary crunch. Hope things stabilize soon for you and your team.
