Humana - Hiring freeze rumors / slowdown?

Hey everyone. Been working at Humana for a few years now, primarily in IT. Lately, things have felt... different. My manager's been really cagey about future projects and headcount for Q3/Q4. We've also noticed a significant slowdown in the pace of external hiring for several roles we usually see active recruitment for. No official word on layoffs or anything drastic, but it's definitely creating an uneasy vibe. Anyone else in different departments noticing a similar hiring freeze or just a general slowdown in new initiatives? Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or if I'm just in a department that's feeling the pinch more directly. It's hard to plan when you don't know what the landscape looks like even a few months out.

I've been at Humana for a while too, in a different area, and I'm picking up on the same subdued atmosphere. It feels like there's less urgency on some initiatives that were previously top priorities. My team hasn't had new hires approved in months, and even internal transfers are being scrutinized much more heavily than before. It's a bit unnerving not knowing the full picture, but the silence from leadership is definitely telling.
