Humana - Is anyone else seeing internal reshuffling/hiring freezes?

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if I'm alone in this. Been at Humana for a few years now, and lately, there's been a weird energy. My department has had a couple of open roles that have been posted for months with no movement, and I've heard whispers about a soft hiring freeze in some areas. No official word, of course, but it feels like things are tightening up. Anyone else noticing this? Is it just general market stuff, or is there something specific brewing at Humana that I'm missing? Curious to hear if others are experiencing similar things across different divisions. Trying not to panic, but it's hard not to feel a bit uneasy when the usual hiring/backfilling seems to have stalled. Anyone have any insights or experience with this kind of slowdown in the past?
