Hey all, I've been hearing whispers and seeing some odd signs within my specific team at Humana lately, and it's making me a bit anxious. We've had a few 'strategic realignments' announced in recent months, and while they're always spun positively, it feels like a lot of senior folks are suddenly looking elsewhere or being moved to 'special projects.' My direct manager has been cagey when asked about headcount and upcoming projects, just saying 'we're optimizing.'
