Humana - What's the deal with internal mobility/transfers?

So I've been looking at internal opportunities at Humana for the past few months and it feels like the process is incredibly slow, if it's even happening. A lot of roles that opened up seem to have disappeared or have been open for ages with no updates. Is anyone else having trouble with internal transfers or promotions? Feels like the doors are closing a bit, or maybe the process is just broken. Curious to hear from others who have tried to move around internally recently. Is it worth continuing to apply or should I start looking elsewhere?

I hear you on this. I've been keeping an eye on internal postings for a while now, and it definitely feels like things are stagnant. Some positions appear and then vanish without a trace, or linger for months without any communication. It's frustrating when you're trying to grow within the company and the path forward seems unclear or non-existent. Makes you wonder if the focus has shifted or if there are simply fewer opportunities available now. Hopefully, others can shed some light on their experiences or offer advice on navigating this.

Yeah, I've noticed the same thing. It's been pretty disheartening to see roles stay open for so long or disappear entirely. I was hoping to leverage some of my skills into a different department, but the process feels like hitting a brick wall. There's very little transparency, and it's hard to know if there's even a real intention to fill these positions internally. It's making me question the company's commitment to employee development and internal growth. Is anyone actually having success with internal moves right now?
