Yeah, I've definitely felt a shift in Operations. There's a lot of talk about streamlining processes and optimizing workflows. Some of it feels like good forward-thinking, but it does make you wonder about how it translates to day-to-day responsibilities. We're seeing new initiatives pop up faster than old ones are wrapping up, which can be a bit disorienting. Hopefully, it leads to more clarity soon.
From my perspective in IT, it's similar. Project priorities seem to be fluid, and there's a strong emphasis on efficiency. We're being asked to do more with less, which is a common theme, but it does raise questions about resource allocation long-term.
