Anyone else feeling uneasy at Huntington lately?

Just wanted to see if anyone else is picking up on some weird vibes at Huntington. Haven't seen any official news or anything concrete, but there's definitely been a lot of quiet murmuring around the office lately. Some departments seem to be consolidating roles, and there's been a noticeable slowdown in hiring for some positions that were usually pretty active. It's not panic stations yet, but the general feeling is one of 'wait and see' and honestly, it's making people a bit anxious. Performance reviews just wrapped up, and some of the feedback felt a bit more critical than usual, which could be a sign of things to come, or just normal business. Anyone else experiencing something similar or have any insider info? Trying not to read too much into it, but it's hard not to when the atmosphere shifts. Let me know what you're hearing.

I've noticed some similar things. The hiring freeze in certain areas definitely raised an eyebrow for me. While it's easy to jump to conclusions, it's also hard to ignore when you see shifts like that. Hopefully, it's just a standard seasonal adjustment or a minor reorganization. It would be good to get some clarity from management if possible, but I understand that's not always forthcoming.

Yeah, the atmosphere has felt a bit...different.
