Culture shift at Huntington: Is morale hitting a wall?

Is it just me, or has the atmosphere at Huntington become significantly more toxic over the last few months? Ever since the murmurs of these layoffs started circulating, management has been acting like everything is normal while simultaneously pushing impossible targets. It feels like they're trying to burn out the remaining staff to see who quits voluntarily, so they don't have to pay severance. I’ve been here for a few years, and I’ve never seen the internal communication feel this hollow. It’s all 'we’re one team' rhetoric while they sharpen the axe for the next round of cuts. Honestly, looking at the recent WARN filings, it’s hard to trust anyone in leadership right now. Anyone else planning an exit strategy before the next round of notices drops? I'm already refreshing my resume because the writing is on the wall.
