Huntington - Preparing for the worst?

Just checking in to see if anyone else at Huntington is starting to update their resumes or discreetly networking. I know there's no official word, but the whispers about potential 'efficiency improvements' (read: job cuts) are getting louder. My team's been under a lot of pressure lately, and we've lost a couple of key people over the last few months without replacements. It feels like they're trying to do more with less, and I'm worried about where that leads. Is anyone else seeing signs of this? Any intel from leadership that might shed some light? Just trying to be proactive and understand the landscape. Not trying to spread panic, just want to be informed.

I've definitely noticed the increased pressure on my team as well. It's unsettling not knowing what's coming. We've been stretching our resources thin for a while now, and it feels like a breaking point is approaching. The lack of communication from management about these 'efficiency improvements' is making everyone anxious. I'm not actively polishing my resume yet, but I'm certainly keeping an eye on the market and networking opportunities.

Hang in there. It's tough when you feel like your job security is uncertain. I haven't heard anything concrete, but the vibe is definitely tense. People are starting to talk, and the 'efficiency' buzzword is everywhere. It's hard to ignore when workloads keep piling up and headcount stays the same, or worse, shrinks. Hopefully, it's just a temporary phase, but it's wise to be prepared for any outcome.
