Huntington Bancshares - Anyone else feeling the uncertainty?

Hey everyone. Just wanted to see if anyone else at Huntington feels like there's a general sense of unease lately. It's hard to put a finger on it, but there have been a lot of 'reorganizations' and 'efficiency drives' announced over the past few months. Performance reviews seemed a bit more intense this year, and some teams are definitely stretched thinner than before. I haven't heard any direct rumors about layoffs, and my immediate manager is pretty tight-lipped, but the overall atmosphere feels...different. Curious to hear if others in different divisions (like IT, operations, or even front-line banking) are experiencing something similar, or if it's just my department that's feeling the pressure. Anyone have any insights or have heard anything through the grapevine, even if it's just vague whispers?

I've been feeling it too. The 'efficiency drives' definitely translate to more work for fewer people, and it's making the days longer and the pressure higher. It’s hard to stay motivated when you feel like your team is constantly being asked to do more with less. Hoping things settle down soon, but it’s tough right now.

Yeah, the vibe has definitely shifted. Those reorganizations never seem to result in less work, do they? My performance review felt like a pressure cooker this year, and I've noticed a lot of people looking stressed. Trying to stay focused on my own tasks, but it's hard to ignore the general feeling of uncertainty around the place.
