Anyone else feeling the vibes at IDEXX?

Hey all, been with IDEXX for a few years now, and lately things just feel... off. There's been a lot of reshuffling in my department, and projects seem to be getting deprioritized or put on hold more frequently than usual. Leadership talks a good game about stability and innovation, but the day-to-day reality feels a bit more uncertain. Seeing some senior folks leave recently too, and it's hard not to wonder what's going on behind the scenes. Is anyone else picking up on this, or am I just being overly paranoid? Curious to hear if others are experiencing similar feelings or if it's just my corner of the company. Trying to stay positive, but the lack of clear communication is making it tough.

I've noticed similar shifts in my area as well. The constant reorganizations are definitely creating a sense of unease, and it's impacting morale. While the company's overall mission is strong, the execution feels a bit disjointed lately. It's tough when the stated goals don't quite align with the visible actions, and seeing experienced colleagues depart only amplifies those concerns. Hopefully, things will stabilize soon.

Interesting to hear you're feeling it too. My team has been experiencing some of the same – shifting priorities and a general lack of clarity on long-term direction. It's frustrating when you're trying to plan and execute effectively, only to have the ground constantly move beneath you. The departures are definitely a red flag that many are watching closely. Curious to see if there's any official communication addressing these changes.
